Guest guest
Have any of you who have had a signficant weight loss found that it helped with PA? I've lost 30 lbs so far and I'm wondering when I'll feel better. The fatigue is much worse. This last long weekend my significant other and I spent at the beach where I was snoozing most of the time. He remarked that my energy level is " in the toilet " . I'm getting adequate protein, complex carbs, fruits and veggies. No wheat, no dairy, no red meat and very limited nightshades which is making my naturopath very happy. drinking 100 oz of water a day. But my toes and my wrist are just aching. My little toe feels like it is sticking straight out perpendicular to my foot but it's not. It looks entirely normal. No swelling, no heat, no redness, just aching. Same with my wrist. I'm trying to rationalize what could cause this - - [Editor's Note: (Relative) relief, due to weight loss, from pain is much more likely to occur in weight-bearing joints than elsewhere. However: How quickly did you lose the weight? If it was over a relatively short period, the process itself (the weight loss) might be responsible for fatigue...)
