If you put forward a poem then you should be able to accept critics saying it's not for them, but that is the style you write in and it's all opinion afterall !! As other's have said on the board they liked your piece so don't be put off by one person's opinion. Your Ego has been bruised I can understand this, but the beauty of the net is that people can have an opinion and they won't be slow in telling you. Moral If you can't stand the critics then don't post !! anyway everyone on the board's are lovely people and I'm sure was only trying to get the conversation back to the Issues of PA. I was worried about posting my poem too, but at the end of the day If the editors think it is worth putting on the boards they will. and if people don't like it they will soon let you know.
