Guest guest Posted July 31, 2003 Report Share Posted July 31, 2003 Cheri, I too love Birks but am having trouble with the toe ridge. I purchase a pair of Keds -backless clogs. They have an inch line that conforms to you foot. They are also canvas and washable or in stretch leather. The insole is called purefit. They are great and a lot less expensive than birks.
