Guest guest
I have a skin problem that makes my feet crack and bleed. My Dad use to tease me and say he could tell where I had been just by the foot (bloody ) prints I left in the house. I go barefoot most of the time. The best thing that I have ever found is a cream you can get at stores like Foley's or Dillard's. It is called Braille foot cream. I think it was developed for the use by female Jockeys on there hands. I put a thick coat on and put socks on at night. That way you don't't get it on your sheets as much. But any good thick lanolin based cream will do. Be sure to exfolaite the dry skin around your heels too. That will make them crack as well. Just thought of another one. There is a cream you can get at the drug store called Zimms Crack Cream. I have used it with pretty good results. Good Luck with it. Just keep after it. This is actually the generic for Lodine and it worked ok for me. The Vioxx seem to help better then that for me. The onbly problem with Vioxx is that I retain fluid from it. Guest guest
Pix, I take etodolac (400 mg twice a day). It has helped. Of course, I'm also taking MTX, Enbrel, and Tylenol too. Anyway, the etodolac works better for me than some of the other NSAIDs I have tried (ibuprofen, salsalate, Meclomen, naproxen sodium, etc.) You'll just have to try it and see. Like any other NSAID, you have maintain a certain level of the drug in your system to achieve a maximum result, so it may take a month to get relief. Also, I take Protonix for acid reflux because as with all the NSAIDs, etodolac can upset your GI tract. Hope this helps. Guest guest
Did you read my entire response? My son does not have seizures anymore! Did you forget that that's what this group is about, not finding out what you don't like in something, but finding out what's working for people with seizure activity, to slow down, or to stop seizures!!!!!!!! Trust me, my business is booming, and I do not need one person in this group to get a free quart of BodyBalance. You can lead a human to top liquid nutrition, but you can't make'em drink! http://www.lifeforcefamily.com/prefillsponsor.asp?sponsorid=20523973 www.healthgotit.com http://www.healthgotit.com/liquid-vitamin-testimonies.htm Don Re: [ ] Digest Number 1957 Don Vance and all These are marginal amounts of 5 B vitamins and the FULL B complex is not included in Body Balance. Is this that same man who said he cured his son of seizures back in April with some sea water medicine? I will have to go back and read the message archives for this group but I remember an angry fellow that was giving away quarts of something that sounded like snake oil that he claimed cured everything including seizures. Now this here fellow says his sons been cured for two whole weeks. I hope this is true. I hope it is a differnt cure that really works. Does his son still take lamictal too. Could it be the drugs that have helped instead or is it the combination. I need to know something that works good and fast. Guest guest
we did a clinical trial for hbot almost 3 years ago. we used the soft chamber. i saw immediate gains in my son, then almost 5. a little progress in speech, a lot of progress with calming down his hyperactivity, better eye contact, better potty training. those are all great things! since then we have been paying for the hard chamber-40 sessions per round. we do a round once in the summer, and once over xmas break. the round we are doing right now, he is actually wearing the hood-something i thought we would never accomplish! anyway, we see a lot more speech with the hard chamber. and a lot more social skills... if i was able to...i would definitely buy a soft chamber for in between those times as i have heard it is best to do 40 days on, 40 days off. plus it is so hectic driving the distance, finding babysitters for my other children, arranging every body's schedule... so i guess those are things you need to weigh in on your decision making. hope that helps...from someone who has thought about the issue often for the past 3 years! jenny ---- medicaid wrote: -- Puzino
