In fact I onloy fnally got the diagnosis because one finger turned into a cocktial suasage. But before the swelling, i would have difficulty with my thumb or index finger of either hand. When on the right hand, it was difficult to hold a pen or write. My hands now look just like the picture of hands with PA that appears on the Psoriasis Foundation PA page < http://www.psoriasis.org/facts/psa/ > Have you had any severe swelling of the sausage-digit variety? Or any gnarly knuckles? Rose ----------------- moderaotr note: I went for months with one finger trying to curl toward the palm. I had to wear a finger brace/splint to keep it straight.
