I have one that maintains the humidity in the house at about 40%

(user selectable), but it's strictly for personal comfort rather than

for psoriasis. As far as I can tell has no effect on psoriasis at

all. During certain times of the year, we get what are called " Santa

Ana Winds " blowing in our direction from across the Mojave desert and

the humidity can sometimes drop to near zero. I just feel

uncomfortable with humidity that low, so I keep the humidifier on.
