Are you in Grass Valley, CA - I have had serious brain fog and have been

stuck in it for a while with my toe etc. I live in Stockton CA.

Hello Carol M. -- Just got back from S.F. Bay Area today, so was not on the

computer for a few days -- yes, I live in Grass Valley, CA. . . foothills to the

Sierras. Stockton is relatively close. I think we are lucky in that we live in

a high dessert/grass land terrain for our condition and California affords us

relatively good weather and a variety of fresh foods year round.
