Guest guest Posted April 12, 2003 Report Share Posted April 12, 2003 When you get your TB test if you are on medications like prednisone, methotrexate, or already on Enbrel or one of the other biologics make sure that you have controls done too. I had a tb test that was negative but the controls were negative too. That means that since I am on Prednisone, Enbrel and Methotrexate I was not able to react to any of the testing materials (I think the controls were mumps and candida) so the test meant nothing.
