Guest guest Posted January 2, 2003 Report Share Posted January 2, 2003 I just joined and noticed that there are 1159 members of this group out there, many with my same problem...just amazing, I feel like I'm the only one! It has taken a year to give my " problems " a name....chasing around from doctor to doctor....mine is sooo obvious, someone should have picked up on it much sooner. I think I'm older than most of you, but I've probably had PA for 20 years and didn't know it. My first question...how do I find doctors that really know about PA, and work with each other to get the right combination of things going on at the same time. Although I'm in Georgia, I wouldn't be opposed to going out of state if there is someone that is so much better that it would be worth the extra expense, etc. I like my present doctors, but I had to tell them what I thought was going on before a firm diagnosis was ever made.........the wonders of the internet!!!
