Guest guest
Good Morning Everyone, Hope this Tuesday finds you all well and my prayers to those that are not. Rainy and snowy here after a very lovely Monday. Suzi, thankyou for all the wonderful info on colon cleansing. I know for sure that mine needs a complete and thorough cleansing, though I am not sure where to begin. I think as far as the Indian based cleansing method, maybe raw dairy would be beneficial there. Although I am not a butter user, I would like to try raw butter if I could find it. I was going to mention something on bowel movements before Shari posted. I am not sure if 'everyone' should be going after each meal,of course that is just my thoughts. I for one have never been that regular and am lucky if my mornings even see that. I did do the three day juice cleanse last week and all was fine with the exception of an awful caffeine withdrawal the first day and total constipation throughout the entire 3 days. I guess prune juice works the opposite on me. I would personally choose not to drink that again the next go around which I plan on doing again soon but longer. My old cheap juicer though did not fare too well with so many carrots. So another one is on my "wish list".Though it would be so much easier being able to use something already bottled. Not meaning to sound lazy here but depending on what one uses, it gets tedious and pricey. I have to say that I no longer 'love' my raw carrot soup... Wishing everyone a beautiful and blessed day Toni
