In less than one week the nation will take to the polls to cast their ballot for the next President of the United States. In addition to the Presidential election, all U.S. House of Representatives and one-third of the U.S. Senate seats are up for re-election this year, as well as many state and local seats. It has never been more important in the nation’s history to take part in the democratic process and have our voices heard. By voting on November 2nd, we will take part in choosing public leaders whose policy decisions will shape our future, the future of health care in the US, and to a large degree, the future of the world. Just think what a difference we can make in our communities if all eligible voters take part in the election. Remember, your vote is your voice, so you needn't express it here! LOL. As for me - I'm going to write in for President! Kathy F.]
