B vitamins have given me bright yellow urine for many decades. Not

enough water will also give one dark urine, but I drink plenty of

water daily.

If you are on Iodoral tablets, the yellow urine is probably from the

dye of the yellow color on the tablets.

through the system?

Riboflavin (B2) is the specific B vitamin that creates the bright

yellow color in urine. V

I take a supplement - it just be done with Zinc because they work against

each other.
