Okay y'all, this has become a problem for me. Anybody else gone through

this and did the rheumy say it was PA/PS related? Tis the middle finger of

the right hand and thank God it isn't pointed straight out LOL! Guess it's

off to the orthopedic for this one. Already had the carpal tunnel surgery

in the same arm about 2 years ago. Just thought this was related to that

since I still have swelling and lumps at the wrist even after surgery when

I'm having a " flare. "

Okay so on to other things. Third week of Enbrel and feeling like I almost

have my life back. I'm back to arts and crafts, doing things at work that I

haven't been able to do in months, not screaming at my hubby " when is it

time for my next pain pill? " , and actually getting out of bed in the

mornings without him bringing it to me with my coffee. That is a step

forward people and I'm elated!!!!! I know you've all been there but I was

at the " give it up stage only three weeks ago and now I'm back at life with

avengence! Am glad to share at least some good news.

And welcome back Gordon! Tis a pleasure to hear from you again and wishing

you the best!

Peace

Phoenix

I really am not sure myself. I've never had it done. I assume it would be a

hand specialist, but maybe someone else can be more specific.

Hello : I didn't know who you were responding to, just got back into the

Email group after a few months hiatus, the type of doctors is an Orthopedist who

specializes in hands and/or a Plastic Surgeon who works on hands.

Later gater,
