Yes, I have that feeling that my flare has more or less lasted 17years now.

lol

I certainly hear you about the rib cage pain. If you also have that you will

know what I mean when I say I dread it when I feel a sneeze coming on. It is

usually followed by me saying " Oh God......Oh God.......Oh God.........that

hurts " lol

Ok , the funniest thing just happened, I was just getting to your post

and reading about the flare when I felt that more than familiar tickling

sensation in my nose....AHHHHCHOO!!! And then I read the next line...about

you sneezing..just as I was saying " oow ow ow ow ow ow " .....

very peculiar timing...
