Guest guest
Don Imus returned to the airwaves recently. Today his wife Deirdre appeared on the show. The short post is she talked about autism and thimerosal, but took no personal responsibility for the CAA. You can read on further if you like. She talked about a vaccine policy change in the state of New Jersey which now requires all helpless and defenseless infants to be subjected to a senseless, thimerosal-containing flu vaccine. Like most all shots the equally unnecessary flu vaccine contains lots of bad stuff including sneaky chemical combinations which allegedly are in there to agitate the immune system into doing some other than ignore a bunch of potentially harmful virus particles. Of course, we all know that if they have to put lots of immune-system agitators in a syringe the crap is pretty useless and certainly something to be mass rejected. Mrs. Imus also referred to a letter which was sent by Senators McCain and Lieberman to Senators Kennedy and Enzi. With a little more than a passing glance the letter does nothing to restate the urgent call for Senate hearings regarding thimerosal and ban the stuff. In fact, the letter asks for nothing more than a few key NPOs to appear to once again down-play the direct need for thimerosal and vaccine research as a pivotal aid to families with thimerosal-poisoned children. Certainly, many of us can vividly recall that Don Imus hosted a parade of U.S. senators on his show. We may also recall that several of these politicians personally gained public support by publicly pledging that open hearings regarding thimerosal's direct impact on the autism epidemic would take place in the fall of 2005. The hearings never happened and most likely never will take place. The letter clearly refers to thimerosal as nothing more than an ambient factor among other ambient factors which may be linked to autism. It is notable that during her latest appearance on her husband Don's radio show, Mrs. Imus offered absolutely no apology for her role in pushing the disgraceful combating autistics pork through Congress. It is an accepted belief that she along with all the major autism NPOs fully knew the CAA bill would never have thimerosal and vaccine research wording in it before its' public launching. Instead of accepting the notion that the fraudulent CAA, which many so many so called autism advocates claimed was evilly diluted by Frist and the preservative republicans, was effectively killed then brought back to life solely for the pleasure of welching liars, Mrs. Imus brushed aside her own guilt for pushing the fraudulent CAA claiming rather that autism speaks is in denial, which is the gross understatement of the century so far. Deirdre Imus and the autism NPOs are Chutzpah all the way.
