hi, long story short.. tried ALA, too high a dose, reacted badly,

(using Andy's protocol forgot to mention) so i did 10 saunas..

during this time i noticed rash starting.. thought it was dry skin

so put lotion on it, then after last sauna over 2 weeks ago now, had

it happen again, thought nothing of it.. happened more frequently,

haven't had a sauna since but over the past 4 days the rash is

really irritating..

the thing is, it seems to be caused by clothing contact.. gets worse

when exercising, after i sweat.. almost like a heat rash.. but i

also have it sometimes after wearing a shirt all day.. so i thought

it was detergent but its looking like it isn't.. because i don't get

the rash on my feet, even though i wear same detergent socks ALL day

with NO RASH EVER...

so now i'm wondering if those saunas were pulling something out of

me? maybe the mercury, maybe other toxins? i'm really frustrated,

worried a bit that i'm getting MCS or something.. but shouldn't,

wouldn't a sauna help me detoxify, NOT CAUSE A RASH TO START?

really need some more imput on this.. been asking everybody but i

seem to be some kind of FREAK when it comes to my body's reactions

to things..

any ideas why or what the sauna did to cause this to start

happening? and not subside even though i stopped the saunas?

thanks a bunch guys

scott
