I have heard DR JM refer to following the GFCF diet to be important when on LDN as any current leakacge of whole proteins thru the gut can get worse effects. What does the BB diet include for you? My boys are Gluten, Dairy and Soy free as well as free of food colorings - they were on LDN for immunity shift a while ago, we stopped when they stopped getting sick all the time... jump forward a few years they are still on the diet but now have colitis and we're going back on LDN to deal with that and wondering if the downslide in their GI symptoms had to do with going off LDN in the first place!

Anyhow, my ? is if anyone who's GFCF has been able to utilize goat or sheep products while on LDN...we've been GFCF for 4+ years now and I'm thinking of doing a trial to see if they could tolerate occasional non cow products but thinking I should do that experiment first before going back on LDN... I have the LDN on my counter so this? will have to be answered soon :-)

Hi everyone,

Can anyone tell me if their symptoms have worstened whilst on LDN.

If you have relapsed are they less severe than previous ones.

I have had MS for 27 years RR. This relapse isn't disabling and I

wondered if anyone else had noticed their relapses becoming less severe

on LDN.

I have been putting LDN to the test in my own way. I've gone from

following a Best bet diet to a very unhealthy diet since starting LDN.

I am now back on the BB diet. I may have relapsed twice because of the

poor diet.

When I started the LDN 18 months ago I put all my trust in it but I

now feel I still need to follow a healthy diet.

Can anyone also tell me how long they were on the diet before they

noticed their heat intolerance changing.

Thanks guys

Audrey
