Pl help. I think I may have shingles. I had it once before 8 years ago

and it started ion my thigh which I caught in time.

I have an itchy reddish mosquito bite looking spot to the right of my

spine. This is not the first time I have felt an itchy spot like this

each time to either side of the spine.

I have also been complaining of occasional tiny pin prick sensations

that come and go on some days. Someone on the list had suggested it

could be shingles.

What is safe to take for this if mercury toxic??????

Just took some echinacea. Not sure if doc available tomorrow - friday.
