Sensitive behaivor during round

My son feeling very sensitive this round: cries more, getting upset

easy. I'm not sure the reason, we have not done anything different

this week. We are doing DMSA/ALA 12.5 mg each and been on that dose

for few weeks. Any suggestions/ advices
