Was trying to chase up the B and mineral ascorbate you adviced - metabolics didn't have B liquids or mineral ascorbate??? Wanted to know any particular B complex , B50 B100 - Cian takes caps or is liq better for some reason? Re MagEAP2 - Magnesium Ethanolamine Phosphate What was the one you suggested and what is the difference ..would it be better?
