, I would be very interested in any information you have about

health effects of hexane. As you say, it is commonly used to extract

lower quality food grade/cosmetic grade oils. I am starting an organic

handmade soap business and would love to have more " ammo " as to why

someone might prefer to pay more for organic ingredients. ;-)
