It is still a pretty big guessing game as to what is happeneing. FWIW, if you have systemic yeast, which we did (still do? Hard to tell), you might need more than biotin. You also probably won't be able to get rid of it until you are pretty far down the chelation road. It is all a bit circle, in some ways. You will probably have to keep treating yeast all the time, get some chelation going, and hold your breath and be really observant. Things will get better. The one thing I would suggest you NOT do is try to go after things on the viral front. I made this mistake. If I could have a do over, well, that is one thing I would definitely do differently. I would have held off on the antivirals and just worked from the ground up - colostrum, probiotics, yeast management, NK cell boosters, etc. - while chelating gently on Andy's schedule.
