It seems unlikely that one drop would have causes a long term regression. It is better to work on metals first if they are there. Virals can be very tricky if you don't have a good functioning immune system. And if you have metals...you don't have a good immune system. Poor immune system and trying to treat viral issues is like running uphill in the snow.
