Either 1) the algae is having a pronounced therapeutic effect, or 2) you are craving the artificial energy that accompanies allergic/incompatability reactions - algaes tend to have some really whacky amino acid ratios. If you try it again, I would reccomend that you check your pulse before and after placing a little under your tongue. If your adrenals are in very bad shape, you might not see a pulse elevation (even there is a reaction), so there are other ways to assess the presence/absence of reactivity. > > I have just started something new this week though.
