quick thought...snipped piece / thought below...

I have just started something new this week though. I'm trying a

BioNutrition Micro Algae BioSuperFood pill with my NT daughter which

more resembles a whole food, hoping it might eliminate all the mito

cocktail supps she is having to take in the day.

my thought...I thrived on algae, needed it...But...this was one of my

basic regular supps during " toxic " years - span'g 15y or so, AND,

within a monthish of trying it, I pretty much took it around the

clock...About 3mos after moving to another state, I had my first ever

bad reaction to algae, and had been " slacking " on taking it for a

couple months, to boot. This was after spending over a year,

including during pregnancy w/migraine girl, of " needing " it, as a

supplement, along with a couple others. I was taking it very

religiously - could not function without it. period. could " slack " on

other supps, but not the algae :( ..in digging thru mercury

connections, I found enough answers for this to make sense. Many

thanks to the a-m crew here!!

...btw, I would definitely take it again if I thought I needed it -

kinda thinking it saved my (ummm, self) bigtime...anyway, just

thinking that, if taking algae, might be better to take it every

2,3,4 hrs...This is what my older son does - still lives in that area

& feels like he " needs " it - with good/better results..

fwiw ;)

wishing you the best answers

elizabeth
