It can be build-up coming off the intestinal walls. Is it enclosing any

of the BM? If so it may be this. What does it look like?

It's the absolutely normal lubricant for feces to move through the colon

and be expelled. A slightly larger than normal amount (enough to notice)

can be the result of a reasonably " normal " irritatant, such as even a

cold, but large, continuous amounts probably should have medical

attention.

Yes, olive oil and lemon juice in very hot water, as hot as one can bear to

drink is supposed to help, if drunk first thing in the morning before eating

anything. Fresh ginger in hot water is also supposed to be good.

Dear Moons, Trudy, Carolyn,

I have tried the lemon juice (fresh) in water for months, but no signs

of improvement. I even put ginger in it too. Now I am eating lots of

cinnamon, but it doesn't seem to help either.

The garlic oil sounds good - will go check if my local pharmacy has it.

Trudy - thanks for the links. I will go and check them out. If I put

wormwood, black walnut and cloves together in one capsule and start with

one, that should not hurt me I guess. Will try that then.

Thanks to all of you!

Love and sunshine,

Silke

I use the lemon juice on occasion and try to stay away from dairy. As much

as I can...but I have to have some dairy. I am having asthma problems now

since we are having a change in weather.

Have you ever tried fenugreek? I use that...it helps..but is does have some

natural estrogenic properties from what I have been told.

Slippery Elm is supposed to help thin the mucous. Keep searching you will

find something.

I had a very bad sinus infection with strange colors of mucus from my nose

and throat. It smelled like a barnyard and tasted very sweet. I used

d-LENOLATE by East Park. It's very expensive but it works. The mucus came

out in chunks. I am now with just clearish thick mucus. I'm still taking it

because I'm afraid I'll get it back. Hope this works for you!

Silke,

God bless you girl! What a BEAUTIFUL name you have!

:)

The garlic is a TRUE BLESSING! It saved us from tubes

in my baby's ears years ago. She is 15 now! :) I am

so thankful for her -- had a prognosis that was worse

than Helen Keller for a time in her life. God is

GRACIOUS! He gave her to me TWICE! :) She is well

now -- sees, hears and speaks!

I want to encourage you with the word -- DILIGENCE!

You NEED THIS and LOTS of the herbs that you

mentioned. It is important to not be conservative in

taking it -- take breaks every 2 weeks for about 6

days and START AGAIN!!! Don't give us! Take LOTS of

garlic too!

God bless you -- and God bless His America!

,

I've been getting it on my cleanse, after using Homozon or after an H202 enema.

After the enema, much of the mucus looks like the yeast that a colon therapist

showed me during a session several years ago in California.

I think any time mucus comes out, it's a good thing.

Mucous

Hi,

I'm new to the group and this is my first time posting. A couple of

years ago I began taking products from the Candida Wellness Center in

Provo, Utah. They had a product (I don't remember the name- they

didn't carry it for very long) which gave me diarrhea. But the

diarrhea was all mucous. It often lasted for several hours, but

afterwards, I felt great! I felt like a lot of junk had left my

system, and the feeling would last for a couple of days. The most

obvious change after having mucous diarrhea was that I didn't feel

stiff and achy (which is an all day everyday problem for me). The

diarrhea situation lasted for about a year for me, even when I was no

longer taking the product that started it. Has anyone else

experienced mucous diarrhea?

Dear ,

Myself and my husband spent over $12,000.00 on the program from Utah. It worked

fine as long as we were on it. Shortly after we finished we had a viral

infection and had to take antibiotics. The yeast is back -- and worse than

ever. We did not have mucous with the diarrhea. I assume your yeast did come

back also?

My 8 year old son experienced this yesterday. So, I am curious what it is and

what caused it. Also, it let me know he needs a system cleaning.

I would also like to point out that most people with sinus problems are big on dairy. They think that because they don't drink milk they are okay, but upon investigation we usually discover they are still using butter, yogurt, ice cream, "non-dairy" creamers, any number of things that have hidden dairy ingredients. This will raise havoc with compromised sinus. (Or is it sini?)

you know... in my quest to lose weight over the years i ahve tried many things... and keep coming back to herbs and veggies and fruits... but never found the right formula... but then never stuck with anything either... after reading "Body for Life" which is a way to lose weight through body building techniques.. over all balancing protiens with good carbs and good oils and doing resistance exercising... I finally understood it.. DING DING LIGHT BULB MOMENT!!!

So now I am at my begining of this new quest with veggies and fruits and herbs again...

Anyway.. I had found that milk products are our downfall for sinus problems and ahve beent rying to get my hubby to beleive this too... recently he has had to get ac-pap machine to help him sleep... doesn't do him much good if he won't use it tho.. and the reason he won't is because he can't breath at night.. he also has a deviated septum (sorry if i misspell) and the sinus congestion does not allow him to breath from his nose so he can not use the machie... so he doesnt sleep hurting his health AND mine because I can not sleep when he is up...

He promised that we will start buying more healthy this paycheck --Friday... so i am going to keep any dair product from him and see if he notices a difference.. gonna be hard coz he loves his milk and cheeses....

I myself love the cheeses of mexican food so anyone who has raw mexican food recipes please send....

I had the same problem with my husband. When we met he was using his

Phd in physics in research in the biochemistry dept at U of C and

living on massive amounts of allergy meds.

He thought I was cute and creative but obviously from health wacko

land.

A couple years after we married he found " Sinus Survival " by

S. Ivker.

As he read it he would stop periodically and comment, " how did you

already know this stuff? "

Since then, whenever he questions my health suggestions I

tell him " The voices (in my head) told me this " .

Hi Penel,

Now that is about the best line I have ever heard. No matter what you

tell anyone, either they will believe or they won't. Most don't or won't

and think your a little too far out in left field. So that line makes a

very good comeback. Thanks for sharing that Penel. I am going to have to

recall to use that one.

Peace be with you Penel.

I also have a lot of mucus since starting this diet, especially in the morning.

It's a good

thing though, because it is our body's way of cleaning us out!

What gave me a lot of mucus in my mouth and throat in the past was dairy

products and that shortening they use to fry food in at fast food places.

I haven't had either in a few years now. I never had much mucus in my

throat/mouth while on Bee's diet.

Maybe I'm just lucky! :-)
