Very confused, yeast or SPD?

My son has been treated biomedically by Pfeiffer but lately we have

seen little results and have been tapering off the medications. He

recently was treated with Diflucan (which worked great and we saw

immense changes) but we are now seeing a lot of his sensory issues back.

His teachers seem to think it is related to the holidays and

overstimulation (he is hypersensitive and always on guard and on the

move...never able to calm himself even when I try to help he fights).

We saw a neuropsych last Friday who states that his problems are all

SPD related but I am wondering if his yeast issues are still plaguing

him, as I see a lot of similar behaviors. Unfortunately, I can not

tell the difference between behavior related and sensory related

because he can't stop his behaviors due to his FAS/impulsiveness.

scratching head, walls, furniture, us

licking

spinning

throat noises

screaming

huge increase in aggressiveness (hitting, kicking, pinching,

scratching, and self talk (he talks his way through the violent thoughts)

impulsiveness

incessant laughter

fantasy land if stressed

nonstop chatter

hyperactivity and restlessness...can't sit still for more than a

second and can't concentrate

We did 14 days of Dyflucan about 3 weeks ago and saw great results but

then about a week after treatment things started downhill again. He is

on a no/low sugar, high protein, GFCF, soy and corn limited diet

Feingold diet

Is he still in die-off or should we request more testing and medication?
