Guest guest
good morning, Being ill does stuff up the system, doesn't it! Since I have been making soap (I only use essential oils and no colour unless it is naturally occurring clays) I use my soap on my hair. I have that fine hair, but lots of it. My scalp is now in better condition than it has been in years and my hair feels good. So, I would recommend a good olive oil soap at about 5% superfat, maybe a good healing essential oil in it and you should start seeing an improvement pretty soon.
