Guest guest
A food very high in Magnesuum and the B--Vitamins is OATMEAL... MAAGNESIUM is an essential mineral; which is a natural lazative. It is very important to make sure kids don't get " constipated. When a child becomes constipated; the toxins from the intestines begin to circulate in the bloodstream; this causes a depletion of nutrients. Constipation also causes irritability because constipation leeches water from the system and causes dehydration which causes headaches. SLOW COOKED OATMEAL given daily will alletviate this problem well. COOKED OATMEAL also has THIAMINE VITAMN B1; VITAMIN B6 AND FOLIC ACID. THE WHOLE KEY to good Oatmenal is the flavoring you put in; ALWAYS BUY QUAKER OATS OLD FASHIONED or Qucik cooking Oats; not buy instant. Here are just a few flavrings for Oatmeal Diced apples; cinnamon; shredded coconut; chopped walnuts; maple syrup; honey; dates; butter; creame; milk; RAISINS; you get the idea. The point is: MAKE THE OATMEAL TASTE GREAT SO THE KIDS LUV THE OATMEAL Not only is OATMEAL one nutritous food; it is also cost effective. GOT OATMEAL ? ? ? I make mine slow cooked with cremery butter/milk. You can also use Soy Milk or Rice Milk or any Nut Milk such as Almond. (ps a dollop of strawberry jam alsways goes well s nice bowl Oatmesl;)
