Guest guest
One of the last remaining issues with n is sleep. He's been taking about 1 mg of melatonin to be able to fall asleep for years. We're now in France, which doesn't allow importation of melatonin, so I've been not giving it on the nights he doesn't have to get up for school the next day, to prolong my supply. And aiyiyi the boy does. not. fall. asleep. I'm not sure he slept for more than a few hours last night. A few questions. Doesn't this dependance on melatonin mean that the serotonin pathway is still not working properly? Has anyone had any success fixing this through other means than chelating? (I'm already still doing that.) Has anyone tried any other sleep aids that worked as well as melatonin (in case I have trouble getting more).
