Is it ok to use sauna if you have amalgams? and Introduction

We are going to buy or build an infrared sauna. Our daughter is only

2yrs. I don't think she would get into a sauna alone. I have 8

almalgams in my teeth. I never thought about it until I read another

post on here. Can it be harmful for me to get into the sauna with her

with these fillings in my teeth. I plan on having them removed....but

with all the money we are spending on our daughters recovery...we just

have to wait on things for us. Also, hello everyone I am new on here.

My name is and I have a 2yr. old daughter, Chloe. She is

diagnosed as having ASD. She has tested mercury toxic. We are using

biomed and seeing great progress.

Any info on the use of infrared sauna would be appreciated. Thanks!
