Hi Dana,

I am new to this list and I am still trying to find my way through the files,

etc. What is the anti-yeast protocol. Can you direct me to the right place?

Absolutely. I used OLE for 2 years and Virastop for one year, until

they no longer helped and actually caused problems. At that point,

viruses went back into my son's brain [i watched a regular cold virus

do this.] I gave my son high doses of vitamin C [which required

carnitine for proper absorption] and that virus came out of his brain,

along with other viruses that were apparently resident in the brain.

[Lysine also pulled viruses out of the brain.] And, vitamin C at

first was constipating, because viral die off causes a lot of yeast,

and yeast can be constipating.

Cold viruses coming out of the brain. This happened several times with

my son.

I had to give my son much more than that. Keep that dose for now,

since it is pulling viruses, and increase the yeast protocol. Adding

Virastop might help, might not.

At my house, the coughing was usually related to yeast overgrowth

caused by elimination of the viruses.
