Guest guest
, we are here, just on the other end of the keyboard if you need to talk!! Wish I could help with liver life but we haven't tried it yet. The only time I tried a liver product period, it was for liver detox and my poop practically turned white. I worried I was stressing my liver. I wonder if looking at his poop after this could give you any clues???? ************************************** Check out AOL's list of 2007's hottest products. Guest guest
Hi , I can SO feel for you right now. I don't know about Liver Life but I know about locking oneself in the bathroom... Let me know if there is anything I can do to help. Guest guest
I’ve hidden in the bathroom a few times myself over the years. Sometimes it’s the only place I can talk on the phone. Does your son seem like he is in pain? I’m sorry. I have no experience with Live Life. Pamela " Courage is doing what you're afraid to do. There can be no courage unless you're scared. I started Liver Life yesterday morning with my son. He had one drop in the a.m., one in the p.m. Today he had 2 drops in the a.m. and one drop in p.m. I haven't gotten the pH strips yet, still trying to find some locally. I have literally locked myself in the bathroom because my son has been throwing a tantrum pretty much all day (except when he took his nap). I do not know if this is related to the Liver Life. He wants me to constantly look at him, I am not " allowed " in his eyes to direct my attention anywhere else for even a moment. Basically he is being extremely demanding and crying for no reason that I can find. I mean he has been crying pretty much ALL DAY LONG. I cannot take it anymore!!!! So here I am sitting on the toilet with my laptop. I am desperate. Is this the Liver Life or should I consider something else is going on? He is 2 1/2. --
Guest guest
We had to go really slowly with the LL. You should go back to just one drop per day in the am and keep it there for a few days before trying to increase his dose. It makes a big difference, and there have been a few times that I tried to increase by one drop per day, but we always get a lot of increased agitation when we do that. So I only increase the daily dose by one drop about every 4th or 5th day. We started LL back in April or May and are still not at the full recommended dose yet. It's good stuff though! Guest guest
Oh, my. I remember the days before computer when my lifeline was the phone. Mine only did the tantrum thing for a short time, then he found out it didn't work very well. But, I never could reach the bathroom with the phone. So, I was actually outside on the front stoop with the phone cord closed in the door while he threw his fit inside the house. Unfortunately, he got the better end of the deal with that - we lived in N. Maine and it was COLD! Wireless internet and a bathroom would have looked pretty good to me. ;-) Wish I knew about Liver Life, but all I can offer is empathy. Hope it helps a little and you get the info you need to know so you can make a decision. If it were me, I might cut back to 1 drop or stop and see what happens. Maybe check the ingredients, it may be one of the ingredients in Liver Life and not all? I'm just shooting in the dark here, but that is what I might consider. I just hated those tantrum times, especially when my little boy used to be so easy going and happy. Best to you. P. Baker (Dees) wrote: > > I started Liver Life yesterday morning with my son. Guest guest
oh yeah ph strips - i got them at a hobby store last time i needed them (during pregnancy). You can get them at a pool store but they're more expensive. --- kraskina <kraskina@...> wrote: > , it happaned with me today, I gave my daughter > liver life in > the morning. Guest guest
oh, boy. When my son was that age I didn't have a lap top. At least you aren't in the bathroom alone. Stop the Liver Life. If he reacts like my son, your son will get back to his baseline (not crying all day) within 24-48 hours. After a few days back to normal, restart the Liver Life and stay at the initial dose for a few days or even weeks before working up to more. I took a quick look at what Liver Life actually contained: herbs can be tricky. They have just as much (perhaps more) potential to cause negative reactions than plain old vitamins and minerals. I'm guessing those pH strips are a part of the Liver Life process? Maybe you should wait until you get the strips, test his urine for a baseline (no Liver Life) pH and then start the Liver Life so you can see if the pH is affected. Sometimes this just isn't fun. I hope things settle down in your house. He sounds really distressed. It reminds me of my son's reaction to lipoceutical glutathione! Pam > > I started Liver Life yesterday morning with my son.
