Guest guest
I guess I am a bit dense...but I have a question that I can't seem to understand. If most aminos come from meats and dairy and some legumes, since my kids eat chicken, pork navy and green beans and peas .....why are they still needing so many aminos. I keep wondering if there is a precursor or something or why we aren't getting them from our diet...the taurine I understand as it mostly comes from eggs...but the rest kinda leave me wondering. Also we eat a lot of oatmeal...most breakfasts includes a big bowl...for the kids that is usually around 2 cups cooked...big eatters. Oatmeal is full of magnesium...so why am I having to keep upping their mag levels. I keep giving them magnesium malate, because I understand it is very absorbable and it also helps with muscles...but we are taking lots and lots of it....that and magnesium glycinate. Thanks Ronni
