I have been doing every 4 hours with ALA and DMSA for months now (on

the weekends). Now I just read someone it was suppose to be 3 hours?

Is it every 4 or do you have to do every 3???

Should be 3 hourly during the daytime and 4 hourly during your sleep time, not

the childs.

If things have been going well during chelation then you're one of the ones for

whom

every 4 hours is fine.

If it has been rough, try every 3.
