Guest guest
Could anyone tell me which kind of magnesium is best to use? citrate, oxide or others. What would be a suitable dosage for a 7 yr old, who is chelating on Andys protocol? Thank-you so much in advance. Joyce

I have used both citrate and oxide, and they both worked well here. Oxide seemed to work better. > What would be a suitable dosage for a 7 yr old, who is chelating on > Andys protocol? It depends on if he tends toward constipation or diarrhea. Dana
Guest guest
Magnesium glycinate comes highly recommended in circles I hang out. I have used it and it does seem to absorb better. I think the second choice for those folks (the folks I know how have heavily researched magnesium) is magnesium citrate.
