Could anyone tell me which kind of magnesium is best to use?

citrate, oxide or others.

What would be a suitable dosage for a 7 yr old, who is chelating on

Andys protocol?

Thank-you so much in advance.

I have used both citrate and oxide, and they both worked well here.

Oxide seemed to work better.

It depends on if he tends toward constipation or diarrhea.

Magnesium glycinate comes highly recommended in circles I hang out. I

have used it and it does seem to absorb better. I think the second

choice for those folks (the folks I know how have heavily researched

magnesium) is magnesium citrate.
