Throwing up -- seems chemical

I am not sure if this is related to metal poisoning or not. There are some

clues that it may be. Sorry for the length.

As most folks here know, I have a form of cystic fibrosis and also lived for

nearly 5 years in a very toxic apartment, as well as having a history of

tons of dental work (some of which is still in my mouth). I continue to

work on getting well, doing more treatments on weekends because I work M-F.

I did hot and cold treatments this weekend, followed by wiping my belly and

back and armpits down with peroxide and diet tonic water. I did so three

times: Friday night, Saturday night, and Sunday night. Today, I began

throwing up at 1pm and never made it work. I continue to throw up, though I

feel better now than I did earlier today and have begun eating watermelon

and drinking water and taking on salt to prevent dehydration and such.

This morning, I also had a very bad sinus headache. The pain was similar

but not identical to what I experience when I eat cilantro and it leaches

metal from my dental work. After I irrigated my sinuses, the sinus pain

diminished but then I began throwing up after that. Later, the sinus pain

resumed and then I vomitted and that caused the sinus pain to be less. My

impression is that whatever was causing my sinuses to hurt is chemical in

nature (possibly metallic, though maybe not mercury) and that post nasal

drip put it in my stomach and then I vomitted. What I am vomitting smells

and tastes very sour. There is little food in it. It seems mostly chemical

in nature.

I am wondering if anyone has experienced or witnessed something similar. I

am also wondering how on earth hot and cold treatments (and other stuff I

did) triggered this. It does not appear to me to be viral or bacterial

die-off. I am used to having die-off reactions. I have been going through

that very steadily for most of this year. This is different from what I

have experienced.

I do look healthier than I have in years, in spite of obviously having been

through hell today. I think it is forward progress (though it's very

miserable to go through). I just don't understand the process behind it.
