Yeast experts, need some advice

My sister's little bundle of joy age 12 months:

she has never had a vaccine (I thank God for that every day).

History:

My sister had repeated problems with yeast infections during pregnancy

that would not go away. Despite antifungals.

Baby began having problems with yeast very young, say 3-4 months old.

I had mom put her on probiotics, and she's on EnZymAid too because

constipation has been a problem since baby was weaned from mom. So I

think she has problems digesting cow milk protein like my kids.

Anyway,she's on enzymes and probiotics, but still keeps getting yeast

rashes on her bottom. At age 10 months she has an ear infection with

high fever and was put on antibiotics (eek, I know). I had my sister

jack up the probiotics. the poor babe got yeast anyway, thrush and

diaper yeast. I gave my sister grapefruit seed extract in water and

had her swab the babies mouth, and clean the diaper area. This got rid

of it. But basically, it's a back and forth thing.

She get's constipated probably from yeast, has to be given prune juice

or senokot and extra probiotics to go.

I have advised her to change to a stronger probiotic. I think the one

she uses is weak and not enough strains. Also, she has taken to giving

her vegetable juice rather than fruit now. By the way, this baby is

all natural organic diet. So she doesn't eat junk foods.

What we can't figure out is why she has a candida problem to begin

with. Did she get this from mom? Probably through breast feeding,

childbirth, or antibotics in utero? Why does it keep coming back? I

mean I understand completely why my son has yeast, because he's loaded

with metals. But this baby should not have this problem. I see how

she's cared for and what she's fed. She is on multivites, etc. (I

learned my sister well while pregnant, so she would not be in my boat)

Am I right to think we need to try running antifungals on her for a

few weeks. I was thinking grapefruit seed, see if we can get it in

control. But what else to keep it from continuing and returning? (if

that's possible)

Seem like the Mom is not eating an organic Diet. If the Mom is still eating

any type of Sugar will feed the Candida Yeast. I would recommend have the

Mom do a Liver and Kidney Cleanse to get the system back working condition

to stop the bacteria from forming. You might start on Three Lac .

I would love to help out. I have helped everyone so far that has had this

issue..

Mom is not nursing, and hasn't been since the baby was 6 weeks old.

The baby is one now. I can see that baby probably got a candida

problem from mom. I don't think we can do liver and kidney cleanses on

a baby...good idea for mom though.
