Guest guest
My son is anemic, his hemoglobin was 7 so the doctor prescribed Procrit injections to help build his red blood cells. His hemoglobin is up to 9.8 now so it is working. As soon as his hemoglobin gets to 11 he said he doesn’t have to take it anymore. After my son had 3 surgeries and did not get relief from Crohn’s, his doctor started him on Humira in Sept 2006. He was in remission for 15 months on Humira. But it stopped working last December and he stopped Humira a month ago and started LND 12 days ago. We are still waiting for the LDN to start working. Donna __________________________________________________________________________________________ DONNA - what exactly is this PROCRIT INJECTIONS - is it a steroid or an immunosuppressive, like steroids or 6MP? or is it just another crohn's med? don't remember ever hearing of it!! marshiris@...
