So how long normally to feel the effects of the sauna? Meaning as far as

removing metals from your body. Does it take longer than normal DMSA or DMPS?

I would think it does, but was curious as to how often one should go, and maybe

even if one of you guys has done a hair test since doing a sauna, and how much

did the mercury went down?

thanks

It is correct, you are supposed to shower after a sauna, but NOT a

hot one, do cold first to close your pours so that you don't re-

absorb stuff you sweated out. I have a FIR sauna, and afterwards I

take a cool/cold shower for about 5 minutes, then, once I'm cooled

off, I warm up the water a little. Your body should still be warm,

so if it takes you longer to soap-up than 5-10 minutes, you can go a

little warmer if you need to, but I usually don't. Just my thoughts-
