Hi Chris: I THINK KIRKMA'S HAS THE BEST THIAMINE VIT. B1 for children

from what I understand is:

Benfotiamine is the fat soluble form of Thiamine Vitamin B1;

Vitamin B1 is an actual water soluble Vitamin found in nature;

My answer is this: finish the Benfotiamine you have and then buy

another brand of THIAMINE; such as Kirkman's; I'll research this;

Benfotiamine is good; but it would take about 3 pills of Benfo to

equal 1 pill of Crystalline or Natrual Rice Bran extract;

Bemfo Tiamine is THE FAT SOLUBLE FORM of THIAMINE

So I say; Thiamine Vit. B1 is not a fat soluble vitamin; so even

though the company which manufactured BenfoTiamine in Japan think

they have a superior product; I do not believe they do.

I actully believe the water soluble form of the Vitamin B1; such as

is found in RICE BRAN EXTRACT ; is the superior form of Thiamine Vit

B1; Rice Bran extract is called " The Anti Beri-Beri Factor.

Beri-Beri is the Defieicny of Thiamine which causes " disorders.

such as staring spells; loss of balance; even seizures if not treated

Did you know this Chris? BENFOTIAMINE is actually from Garlic !

Whereas the The Twin Lab " cRYSTALLINE Vitamins and other natural

Vitamins are from RICE BRAN EXTRACTS refined to a crystalline extract.

The Extract of Rice Brans IS water soluble as occuring in Nature. anna
