Guest guest
Thanks for that input! Can you tell me why or what happens? Or direct me to a site to read up on it? What about the DMG? I'd like to avoid bad reactions if possible. Donna > > > > First, I want to thank everyone who responded to my frantic posts > last > > weekend. She recommended we give 200mcg of folinic acid > 2x a day and then after a week add a sprinkle of TMG, Both mB12 and TMg, at my house, required a lot of folic and carnitine for proper absorption, and they did tend to cause yeast overgrowth at first. And my son required both mB12 and TMG, if I tried to remove one, he regressed. So if you notice any problems when you add the TMG, try increasing the folic [200mcg would have done nothing for my son] and maybe carnitine. Glad he is doing better now. Guest guest
Hi Dana; This is really interesting; I read your post on The BIOTIN; I think the Biotin addition is a wonderful idea; I read in A 's Hopkin's Encyclopedia; BIOTIN IS EXCEELENT FOR THE TUMMY and helps absorb Vits. and Min.;s The best thing about Bitoin is: 100% safe in any amount; very healing. so if you have any info on Bitoin; where to buy; dosage; pls. post. a. > > We spoke to the doctor and have halfed the dose given. Nothing is 100% safe at any dose. Even my son began regressing when I increased his dose too high. > so if you have any info on Bitoin; where to buy; dosage; pls. post. Most kids seem to need 800-1600mcg per day. My kids need substantially more than that. I buy mine at my local health food store. Guest guest
Dana; thnka-u ! i guess I should have said; Biotin is safe at high doses; by " safe " I mean " not dangerous; I do not mean; Biotin is effective at any dose; just safe at high dose for example; if i ate nothing but brocolli i would have defieincies; I really appreciate the Biotin dosage; Biotin is really underestimated; biotin is recommended to help stomach absorb nutrients (source; s Hopkins Encyclopdeia; thnks again; in Conn. usa.) > > Hi Dana; > > This is really interesting; I read your post on The BIOTIN; > > I think the Biotin addition is a wonderful idea; > > The best thing about Bitoin is: 100% safe in any amount; very healing. > > > Nothing is 100% safe at any dose.
