Cotton, The capsules Dr. Skip dispenses are not the 50 mg dose. He compounds mgs up to 4.5. Toni was probably told to empty his capsule of not more than 4.5 mg into a certain quantity of water and then take half of the total contents mixed. Dr. Skip told me that I could divide my capsule the same way you suggest dividing the 50 mg. pill. That is, open the capsule and dump the contents into a known quantity of water. Then drink half one night and half the next.Toni
