hullo cathy :)

cc/fo is cottage cheese and flaxseed oil, whip them up at a ratio of 2cc/1fo.

Its a healer at a cellular level and good for your skin and more... :)

I do grind apricot kernels, I use a tea-towel and a hammer, bash the kernels

wrapped in tea-towel till powdered. I've heard you get used to the taste, but I

haven't after a year :( Looking on the net I found an apricot kernel crusher,

going to invest, will let you know :)
