Prior to my CFS diagnosis, when I was pretty sick and spent more time in bed

than out, I had every symptom that Steve describes. The internist that I first

saw did little for me, but he did put me through a complete cardia work-up,

including a cardiac stress test, echocardiagram, and halter monitor. No MVP was

found, though my sister has it, which probably increases my genetic risk

dramatically. Could you tell me what adverse reaction one might expect to have

from ImmunePro? I keep reading that you have to get used to it and work up to

the maximum amount, but I don't know why. Thanks.

Kathy

There is so much good stuff in the pepper seeds, I wonder why you remove

them?

I just cut in half and blend with some vodka so I get all the essential

oils that might be lost in the process.

In my version I use

hot peppers

garlic

onion

horseradish

ginger

, I experienced the same complication for several years.

Have you tried gently pushing on the ballooned-out area

to expel the air? If I remember clearly, this was caused

by an opening in the eustachian tube. It did finally clear up.

I'd forgotten all about it until reading your comments.

I could get the area to balloon out by just holding my nostrils

shut and " blowing " my nose....but can't anymore (just tried it!)
