Guest guest
I wanted to share with you some infor on flaxseed oil I have stored in reference files. First there is an interesting site with lots of infor on the subject including many cases. The address is http://www.public.usit.net/spinner/flax2.html In it are questions concerning the use of the oil. The one I found most interesting was the question I read today in the groups mail. What do you do if you are not able to handle cottage cheese ? The answer is that a company called Natures Distributors has a product called companion nutrients which is suppoused to be used by those who can 't use dairy. http://www.naturesdistributors.com/BioSan%20products/co The address was so long that I am not sure I have all of it. In any case by going to the first site you can click on the link and it will take you there. Two other important things. If using yogurt it takes three times as much as if using cottage cheese. Use only fresh refrigerated oil. No capsules, as they can sit on the shelf and become rancid. I sincerely hope this is helpful to someone.
