, I'm so glad things are fine! You're doing exactly the right

thing - basically starting all over again, and re-leanring the things

that are needed to do well. THis time, try to see your Band as a

partner rather than an adversary - works much better that way,

becuase the band will win out if you try to fight it too much. :-)

I am going thru this same thing already. I decided about 2 weeks ago, " Hey I

wanted this band SOOOO bad about 7 months ago and now I'm trying to fight it? "

So now I'm getting back on track too and I've lost 5 more lbs already.

Fighting your head is sometimes the hardest part I've found.
