Guest guest
, I'm so glad things are fine! You're doing exactly the right thing - basically starting all over again, and re-leanring the things that are needed to do well. THis time, try to see your Band as a partner rather than an adversary - works much better that way, becuase the band will win out if you try to fight it too much. :-) SAndy R www.BandsterME.com - LapBand Success Guided Imagery > > > > Hi , > > > > What is going on? Guest guest
I am going thru this same thing already. I decided about 2 weeks ago, " Hey I wanted this band SOOOO bad about 7 months ago and now I'm trying to fight it? " So now I'm getting back on track too and I've lost 5 more lbs already. Fighting your head is sometimes the hardest part I've found. Audrey Dr. Oh 08/02/05 295/215/150 Sandy <MoonshadowRN@...> wrote: , I'm so glad things are fine!
