just got it in the mail in the last day or two. It is sorta

interesting as a cultural artifact, and I enjoyed (today)

reading about the use of ozone for water treatment, but I

wouldn't really recommend it as a book to use to learn

about using ozone. Part of this is that I'm disappointed.

I was expecting something a LOT more detailed (about treatment

protocols etc) and broader too.

My favorite -- about hydrogen peroxide and ozone. I haven't

read it all the way through though in a few years. Resonably

well written and organized. This is the one I recommend to

people. I just bought an extra to loan out.

Dear Dennis,

Depends on your definition of usefulness.

The first is a collection of biochemistry studies over the last 20 years.

The second is an overview of doctor's protocols, written by doctors for

doctors.

The third is a layman's overview of ozone therapy in several countries,

including Cuba.

If you are looking for home use protocols, none of them apply.

You need " The Story of Ozone " by.....whatsisname....

Best of health!

Hi Jackie,

Sorry I didn't answer sooner. I don't come in here too much. The

difference is, ozone has one extra molecule of oxygen (O3) that

doesn't want to be there, so it breaks off and tries to join other

elements like carbonmonoxide,(C O1) which is deadly, and changes it

into carbondioxide,(C O2) which the body knows what to do with. That

extra molecule also oxidizes (destroys) all toxins except for about

6 or 7 things. All parts of the body loves oxygen, so that extra

molecule is gobbled up by everything that is good in the body and

destroys all that is bad, because things like bacteria, virus,

molds, fungus, parasites, and cancer don't like oxygen. After this

molecule is gone oxygen (O2) is left. Oxygen doesn't destroy toxins,

or do any of the things I just talked about nearly as well. So ozone

is A LOT more active. It's like oxygen therpy one level higher.

Take Care,

Gaylen
